Q: How much will my service cost?
A: All services vary for many different reasons. Prices for pest control will depend on your lot size and also your square footage. You can call my office at any time and leave a message and I will return your call with an estimate for you.

Q: Am I required to leave my home at the time of service?
A: Not for general pest control maintenance. However, if certain applications are recommended such as fogging, you will be informed before that treatment is performed.

Q: How can I schedule an appointment?
A: Once you become a regular customer, I offer several scheduling options. You can email me a date and time request or you may also ask that I call you each service if you have a hectic schedule. You can also choose to pick a standing day and time or better yet, I can stop by for those outside service calls when I am in the neighborhood.

Q: Do I need to be at home for my service?
A: It will depend on the schedule we decide on. For a one time service or an initial treatment, yes you will need to be home. Most regular services will have a set day and time. If we agree upon just the outside being serviced, you will not need to be home for the service.

Q: What insects are taken care of under my pest control service?
A: Under your routine visit, scorpions, roaches, spiders, ants, crickets, silverfish, centipedes, and earwigs are included in your maintenance service. Some things that are not covered include ticks, africanized honey bee removal, bed bugs and severe infestations of mice or rodents.

Q: Will I still see bugs after my service?
A: Yes you may possibly see a few insects. It takes different insects different amounts of time to die. An insect has to come into contact before the products start to take effect on the insect. It is common and normal to see dead insects inside and outside your home after a service and also up until the time I come again.. However, if you see any live bugs that cause alarm for you, please give a call and we will take care of the problem at no charge.

Q: Are there any coupons or discounts you provide?
A: Yes,I run specials all the time. You can check my website often for updates and money saving coupons.

Q: What if I only have the outside of my home treated?
A: Your service rate is based on the exterior of your home. The inside of your home is complimentary when you need inside services. The exterior of your home is where the majority of your application is placed.

Q: Are your chemicals safe for my family and pets?
A: All chemicals used by Stefani`s Pest Control are EPA certified. I take the safety of your children, family members and pets very seriously. I am a locally owned, family run business and I make your safety my number one priority. I am licensed with the State of Nevada Department of Agriculture.
